We are three long time partners and a total 8 people. We started the company in 1984 with our main efforts dedicated to the then new horizontal re-entry work done by Becfield, specializing in 3 1/2" to 6 3/4" bits.

In 1989 we were called on to make hard scale mills for snubbing and then coil tubing / motor, introducing a wide range of Bits, Mills, Shoes, and reamers.

In 2009-2011 we invented, built, and patented the first ever Longitudinal Blade Dual Eccentric Reamer used while drilling (Drill N Ream patent 8,851,205 / 8,813,877 sold to Hard Rock Solutions). In 2019 we invented, built, and patented the newer Circumfrential Blade Single Eccentric  Smoothbore Reamer 11,603,709 sold to Stabil Drill.
